Effective September 5th, 2006, I have discontinued listing daily victim names on this site, due to the extensive time in daily research required to do it adequately. I maintain a full time job, and a marriage, and the time required to do the proper research has become far too time consuming, and I regretfully must discontinue over 2-1/2 years of daily listings.

Joaquin Phoenix will play the father of the victim, and Mark Ruffalo has been chosen to play the hit and run driver. We hope the movie is done tastefully and brings attention to this growing problem.
